Engagement helps to define a brands status and image in society.  Social traffic shows the direct correlation between social media activity and potential clients/customers.</description>

		<description>Your point on Social Efficiency is so spot on.  I also think that the Internal communities are going to suffer from high volatility and have a transient following.  If they can stay fresh &amp; unique enough that will be good.  However SOPA and other crap legislation will make that a challenge.  The most attractive content is always the re-purposed kind.</description>
